Owner John Mahaffey was mentored by Mike Pool, founder of TEI Insurance Agency, who spent more than 40 years specializing in used car dealer and commercial insurance.
That mentorship shaped the way we approach coverage today — with technical precision, market knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by the client.
John Waymer
New Braunfels Branch Manager, has specialized in dealer insurance since 1995, bringing nearly three decades of hands-on expertise to our clients.
Travis Williams
Vice President of Commercial Lines, was also mentored by Mike Pool and has over 10 years of commercial insurance experience, with a strong focus on structuring coverage for complex operations.
